GRV PU College celebrated world Environment Day on 5th June with enthusiasm, beginning the celebrations with a dedicated special assemble focused entirely on ecological awareness. During this gathering, students expressed their commitment to sustainability by thoughtfully gifting live saplings to the college management and the principal. The event featured an interactive environment quiz that challenged students on topics like climate change and conservation, followed by a solemn oath-taking ceremony where the entire student body and faculty pledged to actively protect nature.to wrap up the event, an impactful special talk was delivered, providing practical insights on vital eco-friendly habits such as effective waste management, resources conservation and eliminating single-use plastics from the campus.
